Sweet Sleeping Girl
This is my youngest daughter Vivian, age 4. On this particular day, about a week ago, she refused to take a nap. She then passed out on the couch right before dinner. Figures. She has such a sweet angel face...especially when she is sleeping! During waking hours she is non-stop talk, jump, hugs and dance. Spunky, sassy, hard-headed. My wild one.
My sweet baby. Love her.

Baby Shower Layout
This layout was inspired by the one seen here. I just love all the inspiration found on SCS! Even though it was pretty much completely scrap-lifted, these pages took some time. For starters, the teal cardstock I picked out was just way too bold. After stamping Unity's Distressed Dots with white acrylic paint and letting that dry, I went over the whole thing with a watered down mixture of white and green paint to soften it up. All the other papers got a healthy dose of distress ink. The other thing that help me up was the "problem" of too many pictures! I finally decided to hide a few more behind the layout with a pull-out tab. Worked great!

Fountain Fun
We always have such a great time when we visit my in-laws in Marietta, Oh. It is such a cute, historical little town. When we visited in May, we spent one afternoon just walking around downtown, along the river and shops. Of course, my girls and their cousin had to take a break and splash in the fountain!

Yard Sale Treasures
At the same sale, I found this little glass honey bottle for 10 cents.
The girls found three new (to them) Disney movies and a train set. I can't believe my oldest kid is 61/2 and we've never owned a train before. Well, can't beat $5 for a box FULL of tracks, signs, trees, etc.
The only one who missed out was Justin, poor guy! Oh, he did see a couch for $20, but I vetoed that since it was ugly and had a hole in it! Him: But it's only 20 dollars!!
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my treasures just yet. If you have any creative ideas, let me know!
