Hello blogging world!

I am finally blogging! Please be patient while I learn all the tricks! For my first post, I am showing a card I made for my husband's birthday. I used a Mojo Monday sketch from Julee Tillman's blog. Check out the challenge at http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/. The background and green paper are from Colorbok's Friendly Forest collection. Look closely...the owl is just paper, too! I used Distressed Dots from Unity Stamp Co. on the narrow panel. The sentiment is from Gina K's "Owl Always Love You" set, with the inside reading, "Hope it's a Hoot"! I added the ribbon (from JoAnn's), Chocolate Chip ink around the edges, and piercing to finish it off. Thanks for looking!
